I’ve always been passionate about storytelling. I love the details that a story, told with passion brings.

 

Although I'm a talker by nature, writing my thoughts down has always allowed me to better convey an idea.  Media in all forms has  the power to influence people in a myriad of ways.  Just think of a beloved movie or your favorite book as a child and the affect it had on you. One of my favorite stories as a kid was the story of "The Five Chinese Brothers" by Claire Huchet Bishop. To this day, I couldn't tell you what drew me to this particular book, but the intricate story line written simplistically for children, captivated me from the start.

 

I've read many books since then, and perhaps the greatest story ever told, in my opinion, is the story of God's love and redemption of mankind found in scripture.  Retelling the truth of God's amazing love for us is woven in the fabric of everything I write. I'm simply a mouthpiece, a writer, a truth teller. I hope that my writing captivates hearts and points those hearts back to the love of the Father.

Weekly, I host an internet radio show called "Focused with Angela Duncan" which focuses on issues that are relevant to believers in Christ.

Each week, listeners will experience wisdom, transparency, laughter, uplifting music, and fun as each of our guests share their expertise or personal stories about God's love and transforming power.
